lb. lean
ground beef
1 small onion,
finely chopped
1 green
pepper, finely
chopped
1 quart
crushed
tomatoes
1 can red
kidney beans
1 can tomato
soup
1 packet
Chili-O
seasoning mix
(mild or hot)
Cook
the ground
beef until
browned.
Into the same
skillet, cook
the onions and
green peppers
until sweated
and
tender.
Drain all the
meat and
vegetables.
In
a large stew
pot add the
ground beef,
onion, pepper,
tomatoes,
drained kidney
beans, tomato
soup, and
Chili-O
mix.
Stir together
well and let
simmer for 30
minutes.
Serves:

NOTE:
You can add
extra heat if
you like, and
double the
recipe if you
need to feed a
lot of
company!
