Boned Chicken
Breasts
1/2 Pint Sour
Cream
1 Can Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1 Jar Dried
Beef Slices
8 Slices of
Bacon,
uncooked
Roll
each chicken
breast with a
slice of bacon
and place in a
casserole
dish, on top
of a slice of
dried beef.
Mix
sour cream
with cream of
mushroom soup
and pour over
chicken.
Bake
at 270 degrees
for three (3)
hours.
Serve
over rice.
NOTE:
This can be
prepared one
day ahead and
covered in the
refrigerator,
then baked
when ready to
serve.
