MY FAVORITE RECIPES
 






 
  

   

 
PASTA SALAD

1 pound pasta (shape and flavor of choice)
1 jar Black Olives ~ sliced (can be bought in cans already sliced)
1/2 pound hard Salami ~ cut up
1 cucumber ~ cut up
Green pepper ~ cut up ~ can use any color pepper
Onion ~ chopped fine
1 bottle Italian dressing ~ any brand you like

The amount of vegetables you use depends on your personal taste.  Usually I use 3/4 to a whole cucumber and pepper, small or medium onion ~ again according to your taste.  You can add any vegetables or meats you like ~ in the same amounts for each.

Mix all pasta and vegetables with the Italian dressing to coat.  After the salad chills, you may have to add more dressing, so stir it several times while cooling.  

Chill well and serve.
