STEAK SANDWICH
ROLL
1
pound steak ~ round
or sirloin ~ your
choice ~ cut for
stir fry
A-1 Steak Sauce ~ to
taste
Olive Oil
Mushrooms ~ cut up
to make 1 cup
Green Pepper ~ cut
up to make 1 cup
Onion ~ cut up to
make 1 cup
Mozzarella and/or
Provolone cheese ~
grated
Bread dough ~ frozen
and thawed, or
canned pizza dough
Fry
the steak in a hot
skillet with Olive
Oil and A-1 sauce to
taste. Place
on paper towels to
drain some.
Next, in same
skillet, saute your
mushrooms, green
peppers and onions
until brown.
Drain on paper
towels.
Have
your dough thawed
and rolled out, but
not to thin.
Brush the dough
lightly with Olive
Oil, then layer with
the steak,
vegetables and
shredded cheeses.
Roll
the dough up, fold
and tuck in
ends. Brush
again lightly with
Olive Oil.
Place
on a lightly oiled
cookie sheet and
bake according to
the directions for
the bread you are
using, following
package
directions.
You
can make this into
individual
sandwiches, or make
a large one and
slice into serving
size pieces.
