STEAK SANDWICH ROLL

1 pound steak ~ round or sirloin ~ your choice ~ cut for stir fry
A-1 Steak Sauce ~ to taste
Olive Oil
Mushrooms ~ cut up to make 1 cup
Green Pepper ~ cut up to make 1 cup
Onion ~ cut up to make 1 cup
Mozzarella and/or Provolone cheese ~ grated
Bread dough ~ frozen and thawed, or canned pizza dough

Fry the steak in a hot skillet with Olive Oil and A-1 sauce to taste.  Place on paper towels to drain some.  Next, in same skillet, saute your mushrooms, green peppers and onions until brown.  Drain on paper towels.

Have your dough thawed and rolled out, but not to thin.  Brush the dough lightly with Olive Oil, then layer with the steak, vegetables and shredded cheeses.

Roll the dough up, fold and tuck in ends.  Brush again lightly with Olive Oil.

Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake according to the directions for the bread you are using, following package directions.

You can make this into individual sandwiches, or make a large one and slice into serving size pieces.
