TOAST CUPS
Trim
crust from fresh
bread. Spread
both sides of bread
with soft
butter. Press
each slice of bread
into a muffin tin
that is deep enough
for the bread to
form a cup with 4
triangular sides.
Bake
in a moderate oven ~
350 degrees ~ about
20 minutes or until
brown.
Use
cups to hold
scrambled eggs, jam,
or your favorite
breakfast filling.
