VEGETABLE
SOUP
1
lb. ground beef,
browned, rinsed and
drained
1 qt. tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
plus 1 can of water
1 lg. can country
cut mixed
vegetables, drained
1 can diced
potatoes, or fresh
diced potatoes
Mix
all ingredients
together, cook over low heat and let
simmer for about 30
minutes.
NOTE:
You can substitute
left-over roast beef
for the ground beef,
just clean it of all
fat and pull it
apart. |
